Every spring, the most talented comedians from across the continent descend on Winnipeg for a week of side-splitting comedy.
As always, Rumor’s Comedy Club hosts the Winnipeg Comedy Festival Club Series, which is your chance to see some of the biggest names at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival in an intimate club setting.

Dan Duvall
Is there anything that doesn’t annoy Dan Duvall? Not by the sound of his act. There’s no such thing as “over analyzing” to Dan. Whether it's big topics like artificial intelligence, or the little things like birthday parties for dogs, everything fits under Dan Duvall’s comedy microscope.

Clare Belford
Imagine the editor of the high school newspaper trying to act cool at the head cheerleader’s house party, and you’ve got Clare Belford. Equal parts naive and brainy, Clare is the most mature person in every situation, yet somehow always ends up with the short end of the stick.
Drugs, polyamory, you name it, Clare hasn’t done it, but boy would she love to be invited to do it someday. Of course, she’d probably turn it down. So, if you want to feel really cool, come catch Clare Belford at Rumor’s on May 1.
Faris Hytiaa
Faris Hytiaa’s comedy style can best be described as laid back - in fact, some would say he’s a little TOO laid back for how much he’s struggling right now. In the hurricane of life, Faris walks slowly in the eye of the storm, unphased by the disaster ahead of him and unsentimental for the destruction behind him.
From money issues to dating, and everything in between, nothing can undercut the confidence of a man with nothing to lose. And that man is Faris Hytiaa. Catch his act at Rumor’s on May 2nd.
DeAnne Smith
Armed with quick wit, a bit of sarcasm, and the occasional ukulele, DeAnne Smith is a comedy firefighter, pouring cold, logical water on all the burning issues of the day. From gender issues to rescue pets, DeAnne gets it right… well, mostly right… most of the time.
DeAnne has been featured at Just For Laughs and the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, but they’ll be at Rumor’s on May 3rd, so get your tickets now!
Tanyalee Davis
She may be small, but Tanyalee Davis gets big, BIG laughs everywhere she goes. Her act is as enlightening as it is hilarious, as she takes you on a tour of the obstacle course she calls life. No topic is out of bounds when Tanyalee is on stage, and she can get down and dirty with the best of them.
