In
order to receive a donation you must follow the steps below:
1.
Join the Birthday Club. Requests will only be considered from members
of the Birthday Club. Enroll through our website by clicking on Birthday Club.
There is no cost.
2.
No more than 6 weeks before the date of your social event, and not less
than 2 weeks before, send by mail a letter of request and explanation of
the event, with a stamped, self addressed envelope.
3.
In person requests will not be considered, and in person pick-ups will
not be allowed.
